While working for the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association, I was given monthly opportunities to develop feature stories, print ads and event coverage for their magazine, Arkansas Cattle Business. I was also blessed with the opportunity to produce the Arkansas Grown Magazine for the Arkansas Agriculture Department. That meant I got to go interview and photograph story subjects, write and edit stories, create layout and design, sell ads, produce ads, design info-graphics and create the final magazine layout, complete with mobile version.
